Artist payment info

Here at Music Matcher, we aim to help artists earn extra income from their work. All Licences sold through Music Matcher are non-exclusive, meaning you are free to release your music, sell your own Licence outside of Music Matcher aswell as through us. It is important to note that your tracks can be licenced multiples times by different companies.

We sell five types of Licences to companies on this platform:

1. Brand Content Licence

You (the artist) will receive a payment of £210 each time one of your tracks is Licenced.

2. Advertising Licence

You (the artist) will receive a payment of £2,100 each time one of your tracks is Licenced.

3. Film And Screen Licence

You (the artist) will receive a payment of £840 each time one of your tracks is Licenced.

4. Single Episode Licence

You (the artist) will receive a payment of £280 each time one of your tracks is Licenced.

5. Campaign Bundle Licence

You (the artist) will receive a payment of £2,555 each time one of your tracks is Licenced.

Important: We strongly recommend registering your music. Although royalties can be backdated it is safer to register them.
